ROCKIE ROBBINS – “For you, for love” (1981)

This is a superb rendition of the 1980 hit recorded by The Average White Band. Produced and arranged by Skip Scarborough & Jerry Peters providing an extra smooth Jazzy backdrop. Taken from his excellent LP “I believe in love” released on A&M Records in 1981.

Magical arrangement. Way better than AWB's version. Excellent choice once again.

Love this brother right here. My favorite two song by Rockie:

I Believe In Love-A wonderful classic and I don't know why it was never a smash hit.

You And Me-Got some air play and a lovely song also.

Where is Rockie now? Thanks Nicolas as always.
